How LOW would you go for a Human Alliance Jazz...

I wrote this as a reaction to a forum post from someone looking for this item. And some thoughts, that I opted to write down.

I have been eyeing this item ever since I got the Human Alliance Roadbuster and the price marked down Bumblebee from TJ Maxx. I have their picture together below:

I have Leadfoot in San Diego c/o my good old "tropa" Brian Villanueva (who is the only one subscribed to my blog as of this writing, a true friend), and a Skids back in Manila c/o another friend who wants to remain anonymous in the cyber-world, which is actually a complete irony, because he works for a big telecoms and broadband company in Manila, no Facebook, no Blogspace, but he uses email once in a while though. Anyway, back to my story.

Since I have already started this, I have been eyeing some toys from this line, particularly, Human Alliance Jazz. Jazz and Barricade (which I am having doubts that I will be getting it because he is a Decepticon), are the priciest one in ebay. So I put my budget as $30 to 50 for Jazz. $25 is a lucky steal if I can find it. So in pesos, I can go for PhP1250 to PhP2500 for it. So I am browsing ebay auctions, facebook posts from TF collector buddies, Forums... and I bumped into this post that is looking for the same thing, a Human Alliance Jazz. Just to give you a background, this forum is known for hagglers, scalpers and idealist alike. And he was asking for it at the PhP800 price point!!! LOWER THAN HOW FREAKIN' SKIDS AND BUMBLEBEE ON CLEARANCE SALE IN MANILA!!! HOW LOW CAN YOU GET???!!!! I don't know, being practical is one thing, but being cheap is another.

On this topic, I know that times are difficult now. This hobby can really be a burden nowadays. But, man! Please have the decency or the intelligence to know what you are asking for. This is a microcosm of our society. There are people who opted to live, but does not want to pay or work hard for something, or simply just ask for the things they want, like and need on their own terms. Yeah, some people may not be that blessed to get what they want or like, or even what they need, but we should know our place, and know our limits. The problem with some people, is they bite more than they can chew or swallow, then complain. Some even complain while their mouth is full! (I am cool don't worry. :D)

If you are going to say that it's their right to ask for the price they want, I am telling you now, I also have the right to write what I feel on this and I also have the right to complain, ok? Peace! :D
